The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and basic math skills, plus reliable attendance for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. You will support sales and maintain a neat lobby and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating wait times and encouraging guests to wait or return.
• Operate the POS, accept payment, give change, and provide receipts.
• Listen attentively to guest complaints and refer them to the manager.
• Keep reception area clean and organized when not interacting with guests.
• Attend salon meetings or trainings when applicable.
