Sport Clips Haircuts seeks a dynamic Salon Coordinator to join our Frederick team and ensure exceptional customer service and efficient salon operations. You will greet clients, manage the reception, assist with sales and marketing efforts, and support daily workflows.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school, with strong communication and organizational skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to support busy salon operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic social media platforms for marketing and admin tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer calls and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate operations from reception to cutting floor with the team.
• Support store manager with additional duties and sanitation tasks.
• Contribute to local marketing efforts and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training programs.
