Sport Clips Haircuts is seeking a Coordinator to enhance the client experience and assist in daily store operations. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school or hold a relevant license. Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling, and maintaining a clean environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school OR hold an active cosmetology/barber license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic computer and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and client questions.
• Support front desk operations and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations.
• Help with salon cleanliness, laundry, sanitation, and stocking.
• Support local marketing and social media efforts.
• Work closely with the salon team to keep operations running smoothly.
