Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk, or salon coordination is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and basic social media.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure a positive experience from entry.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, cash handling, and credit card processing.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain salon inventory; place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth flow from reception to cutting floor.
• Complete secondary duties assigned by the Store Manager (cleaning, stocking, etc.).
• Assist in local marketing efforts and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
