Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic Salon Consultants in California to join a leading team.

You will meet sales goals and help train new staff while maintaining a welcoming, professional salon environment for clients and employees. Starting pay is $21 per hour with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25 per hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance and commissions on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Open/close the salon; perform daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Assist customers and guide them on using tanning equipment for first-time users.
