Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and model exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time leadership role requires prior management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook); expect to work nights and weekends and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean salon environment.
• Set goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help control top line revenue and labor costs.
• Ensure staffing levels for productivity and service, including nights/weekends.
• Work a 5-day week with ~35–45 hours.
