Job summary

SunTanCity is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence. You will supervise tanning consultants and lead by example to meet company goals and safeguard a positive environment.

This role requires management or sales experience, a customer-service mindset, and good computer skills. You’ll work nights and weekends with a 5-day schedule and 35–45 hours per week, with growth opportunities in a family-owned

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

JobSummary

TheSalonDirectorinTraininghelpsdrivestoreperformance,fosterssuperiorclientservice,andmaintainsoperationalexcellencetomeetorexceedestablishedproductivitygoals.ThisindividualwillmanageandsuperviseTanningConsultantstoachievecompanygoalsandwillleadbyexampleinallcompanyoperations.TheSalonDirectorinTrainingfostersasenseofurgencytoachieveobjectivesandholdstheteamaccountablefordeliveringanexceptionalclientexperience.

Tasks&Responsibilities:

Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:

• Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-pacedenvironment.
• Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations.
• Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment.
• EstablishescleargoalsandobjectivesforTeamMembers.
• Providescoaching,training,andfeedbacktoimproveTeamMembers’dailyperformance.
• Generatesalesreports,maintaininventory,andassistwithotherSalonDirectorfunctions.
• AssisttheSalonDirectorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses.
• Helptomaintainproperstaffinglevelstoensuremaximumproductivityandexcellentcustomerservicewhilealsocontrollinglaborcosts.

Experience:
