A leading tanning salon is seeking passionate individuals for an entry-level sales position in San Clemente, California. The role involves meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean salon environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. This position offers a competitive commission structure and the opportunity for growth within a fun and vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assists with daily store manager admin work
• Assists with training new hire sales associates
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
