Palm Beach Tan is seeking enthusiastic, hard-working individuals in Laguna Niguel, CA to join a vibrant, professional team. This entry-level role offers flexible scheduling, a fun work environment, and comprehensive sales training.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus a $200 monthly store bonus opportunity. You'll participate in customer service training and leadership development, with daily goals and competitive contests

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Assist with accountability to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Open/close the business and handle daily paperwork.
• Guide customers to rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment for first-timers.
• Attend off-site sales and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assists with daily store manager admin work
• Assists with training new hire sales associates
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
