Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Redlands, CA is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an entry-level sales role. You will learn sales processes, help customers, and participate in a dynamic team-focused environment.

The position offers hands-on training, a lively workplace, and opportunities for growth within the company. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Assist with holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users.
