Neill Corporation, based in Hammond, LA, seeks a Customer Care Specialist to build strong relationships with salon customers, support sales initiatives, promote new product launches and educational opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Education, Distribution, Marketing and Accounting to drive customer success, educate clients on products and programs, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, confident communication by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with salon customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Process customer orders while identifying opportunities to increase sales and promote new products, programs, and services.
• Proactively contact assigned salon accounts to support monthly sales goals and strengthen customer engagement.
• Educate customers on Aveda products, education offerings, promotions, and business solutions.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns from initial contact through resolution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with Sales, Education, Distribution, Marketing, Accounting, and other internal teams to support customer success.
• Promote business-building programs, educational events, and strategic initiatives that help salons grow.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce and other company systems.
• Assist with customer communications, event preparation, registration, and other Sales & Education initiatives.
• Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
