Sport Clips is seeking an energetic Salon Coordinator in Batavia, IL. This role is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school who is more than halfway through program and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced salon.

You will welcome clients, assist with scheduling, support daily operations, and learn Sport Clips systems while building professional haircare industry skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school and at least halfway through your program.
• Passion for the hair industry and eagerness to grow your career.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Sport Clips systems, customer service standards, and salon operations through ongoing training.
