Keyser Enterprises, a proud franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our St. Louis-area salons and studios.

This full-time office-based role at our St. Louis support office focuses on recruiting support, inventory management, and cross-state coordination to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license required.
• Some office or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with cosmetology schools across the Midwest.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring stylists and estheticians.
• Manage inventory including ordering supplies and products for all salon and studio locations.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility needs at the store level.
• Provide general operations support to keep locations running smoothly.

Operations Assistant Keyser Enterprises - Franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City Location: St. Louis, MO 63123 (Office-based) Salary: $60,000 starting Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role Keyser Enterprises, a proud franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City, is growing across 5 Midwestern states. We're looking for an Operations Assistant who understands the beauty industry and wants to play a key role behind the scenes keeping our salons and studios running smoothly.

This is a full-time office position based at our St. Louis support office.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetology schools across the Midwest
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring stylists and estheticians
• Manage inventory - ordering supplies and products for all salon and studio locations
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility needs at the store level
• Provide general operations support to keep our locations looking sharp and operating efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Active Cosmetology license (required)
• Some office or administrative experience (salon/spa background is a big plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple states without missing a beat
