Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri Cosmetology license
• Strong technical and client-service skills
• Salon, retail, or team‑lead experience

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends

Sport Clips of Kirkwood is looking for a talented licensed cosmetologist who is ready to grow into salon leadership.

As our Assistant Manager, you will remain active with clients while also helping the Store Manager lead the team, improve daily performance, and maintain a positive, professional salon environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating others and wants to build the experience needed to manage a salon in the future.

The Kirkwood salon is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a nationally recognized multi-unit salon operator with a long-standing record of developing successful teams and future managers.

What You’ll Help Lead
