Job summary

Idolize Beauty Salon is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support daily operations at our busy salon and boutique. You will greet clients, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, process payments, and help keep inventories and deliveries organized.

You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate well, and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time, in-person role with growth opportunities in a growing beauty business.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming salon experience.
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Check clients in and out using the salon booking system.
• Process payments and maintain an organized front desk.
• Assist the salon owner with daily administrative and personal tasks.
• Help keep the salon clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Manage inventory and reorder retail products as needed.
• Receive and organize deliveries.
• Assist customers in the boutique downstairs by providing excellent customer service.
• Merchandise, organize, and restock boutique displays.
• Help with social media content, promotions, and marketing (a plus).
• Run occasional local errands when needed.
• Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
