You will recruit and develop talent, set a clear store vision, and foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects the SalonCentric brand. Weekend availability and physical capability to manage store duties are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and lift up to 20 lbs.
