Supercuts in Spokane, WA is hiring an Assistant Manager to partner with our salon manager and help lead a busy team from day one. It’s the perfect next step for a stylist who wants to grow into leadership.

We offer an earning mix of $23-$37/hour plus tips and performance bonuses, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid sick leave and vacation time, and a full book of loyal clients. You'll receive coaching from the leadership team and opportunity to advance.

Qualificações

• Active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal).
• Passion for hair and client service.
• Positive, collaborative attitude.
• Interest in growing into leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Help salon manager lead and motivate the team.
• Coach newer stylists and set a positive example.
• Make every client feel welcome.
• Participate in daily operations and inventory.
• Keep the salon clean and compliant.
