Tricoci Salon & Spa in Illinois is seeking Salon Assistants to join our team in part-time and full-time roles. You will support Hairstylists by shampooing clients, applying treatments, and helping with conditioning services in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll maintain clean stations, assist with dispensary and laundry, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service helps, and the ability to work evenings and weekends is

• Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

• Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing:
  • Shampooing clients,
  • Applying and monitoring treatments,
  • Executing conditioning treatments,
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
  • Blow dry/self-serve stations,
  • Hairstylist stations,
  • Shampoo areas,
  • Dispensary areas,
  • Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services) and more.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
