Tricoci Salon & Spa in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking Salon Assistants to support Hairstylists and Colorists in a fast-paced beauty environment. We offer both part-time and full-time roles and an inclusive, team-oriented culture that helps you grow your skills and confidence.

As a Salon Assistant you will shampoo clients, apply and monitor treatments, maintain stations and hygiene standards, and help ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Shampoo clients, apply and monitor treatments, and perform conditioning as part of assisting Hairstylists and Colorists.
• Maintain blow dry/self-serve stations, hairstylist stations, shampoo areas, and dispensary areas; manage laundry flow as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness; keep work area sanitized and organized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure policy compliance.
• Be an active, engaged member of the Tricoci team to promote excellent client service throughout the salon and spa.
