Qualifications

• Cosmetology license strongly preferred.

• Ability to retain product and styling knowledge and educate clients on their needs.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stylists on clients of all hair textures and types.
• Perform hair cleansing, blow-drying, and natural curl set styling.
• Maintain the flow of the salon by keeping track of stylist timing and needs as they work.
• Facilitate a clean, tidy, and organized working environment.
• Have a strong awareness of your surroundings.
• Perform quality work, fast and efficiently.
• Excellent multitasker.
• Conduct themselves with a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Support clients and teammates with kindness and understanding.
• Laundry and stock towels, products, and retail inventory.
