Lead, Inspire, Grow – Join the Sport Clips Team!

Sport Clips is looking for a dynamic Area Manager (or as we call it, Area Leader) to oversee and support multiple Sport Clips Company-owned salons. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance, coaching top-tier Salon Managers, and fostering high-performing teams of Hair Stylists and Barbers.

You’ll be the bridge between the Company Store Operations leadership and the frontline salon teams—ensuring every store delivers the championship experience our brand is known for.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support multiple salon locations to deliver exceptional results in client experience, stylist development, and operational excellence.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Salon Managers and their teams of Hair Stylists, building a positive culture rooted in teamwork and growth.
  • Partner with the Company Stores Operations Specialist to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies that drive success.
  • Ensure each salon operates at peak performance, from staffing and training to brand standards and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of multi-unit or multi-salon management experience
  • 2+ years of proven leadership and team coaching experience
  • Strong understanding of salon operations and the unique needs of Hair Stylists and Salon Managers
  • Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in business systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel regularly between salon locations
  • Enthusiastic, supportive, and positive leadership style
  • Alignment with Sport Clips' core values and culture
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout salons for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
