Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or food production.
• GMP, HACCP, and food safety knowledge.
• Experience with food packaging or production lines.
• Experience handling seafood or other food products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail when handling product and packaging.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with others.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Pack salmon products according to specifications.
• Pack 4 oz. and 8 oz. salmon products efficiently.
• Place salmon on the production line to maintain flow.
• Stage finished packs and organize products as directed.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality.
• Follow production procedures to ensure consistency.
• Maintain safe handling to prevent contamination.
• Support other production lines as needed.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Use PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues.
• Communicate with departments about product or production concerns.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and cleanup.
• Handle and move product properly throughout area.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
