Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Compounder – Saline to support production lines. The role blends saline, operates the line, checks quality, and handles material while maintaining documentation and GMP compliance.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warm or cool manufacturing environment. Prior compounding experience is beneficial but not always required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is required (sit-down and stand-up).
• English language reading/writing proficiency is required.
• Technical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Blend saline for production batches.
• Operate automated saline syringe line.
• Complete batch records in GMP compliance.
• Meet production schedule and performance metrics.
• Sanitize production tanks and lines for medical device manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Operate a forklift (sit-down and standing).
