Job summary

Medline is seeking a Compounder for the 3rd shift in Mankato, MN. You will mix production batches, operate the automated line, and document batch records to GMP standards. This hands-on role supports safe, compliant manufacturing of medical device products and requires physical stamina.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate a forklift (sit-down or stand-up). Prior compounding/mixing experience is preferred.

• Read, write and understand English clearly.
• Basic math including fractions/decimals; able to compute quickly.

Responsibilities

• Blend production batches and operate the automated production line.
• Complete batch records in compliance with GMPs.
• Meet production schedule and performance metrics.
• Sanitize tanks and lines for manufacturing of medical products.
• Operate forklift as required and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant manufacturing area.

Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment.# **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:****Education & Relevant Work Experience:*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED).**Additional*** Read, write, and understand the English language.* Basic math skills including fractional / decimal equations.* Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
