Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities – Salesperson
- Provide excellent selling experience during DIY customer visits and phone calls.
- Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales targets.
- Offer DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper blade installs.
- Maintain store product and operational standards.
- Perform inventory processes including truck putaway, shop-outs, cycle counts, and back stock management.
Secondary Responsibilities – Salesperson
- Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facings, dusting, parking lot).
- General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
Primary Responsibilities – Store Driver
- Safely deliver parts to commercial customers.
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
- Handle returns, cores, and drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
- Collect daily credit accounts.
Secondary Responsibilities – Store Driver
- Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facings, dusting, parking lot).
- General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.

Prior Experience
Salesperson: 2‑3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment with a focus on customer experience.
Store Driver: Automotive parts experience preferred; valid driver’s license and fleet safety certification required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work requires walking or standing for the majority of the shift. Employees must lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Work is performed indoors with intermittent exposure to outdoor weather and moving mechanical parts. Tasks include handling tools and operating mechanical equipment with moderate noise levels.
Compensation Range
Good faith estimate: $15.95‑$16.95 per hour, depending on experience, location, and shift differentials.
