Entry‑level sales position supporting the DIY business. Requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive systems, and part knowledge. Able to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. In‑depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part time or full time; fleet safety certification preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help the store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.

• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock

Physical Demands

Walking or standing predominantly; able to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds. Requires close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Usually working inside, occasionally outside, exposed to weather conditions while performing tasks such as installing batteries and wiper blades. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, toxic chemicals, electrical shock, explosives, vibration. Noise level typically moderate.
