Job summary

Poway Honda, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a Sales Associate to help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase with a transparent, customer-focused approach.

You will build relationships through follow-up and referrals, maintain strong Honda product knowledge, and pursue individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.
• Automotive sales experience and Spanish bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.

Job Description

Expected Annual Earnings: $65000 - $140000 based on performance

• $17 / hour plus commission based on performance
• Uncapped earning potential

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive sales experience and Spanish bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.
