Pay Scale: The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $17.00. The position may also pay commission compensation based on closed sales achieved, with no upper limit other than sales performance. Additionally, there may be a production bonus based on individual or team performance.

The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The Sales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The Sales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, becoming knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
