Job Description:

Southwestern Consulting (SWC) is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Leadership Coach to join our dynamic team. Your primary role would be as a salesperson first; being a practitioner in the art of business and sales is what sets SWC apart. Your secondary role would be as a coach – delivering one-on-one coaching and accountability to clients.

This is a do-whatever-it-takes career where you have a passion for building your business with and within SWC. We want people who confront problems head-on and figure things out as they go. We will provide proven scripts, systems, and schedules, and you will be responsible for executing.

You will prospect and call on sales leaders to conduct client workshops and coach clients in areas such as vision, goal setting, time management, sales skills, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven sales excellence.
  • Desire and ability to work 8-9 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to sell.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a 1099 environment.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of three weeks each year to company headquarters in Nashville, TN.
  • Designated, uninterrupted workspace.
  • Ability to learn and implement skills in using our CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Goal-oriented and proactive in achieving targets.
  • Belief in having fun!
  • Always learning and growing.
  • Strong one-on-one communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using technology and social media, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, LinkedIn, and Outlook.
