Company Description

We are an Elite Allstate Agency located in North Dallas looking to expand our sales team. We offer a competitive compensation plan based on reaching indivdual monthly sales targets.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating and explaining insurance products, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge.
