Williams Auto Group in Elmira Heights, NY, is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an outstanding buying experience.

The role offers unlimited earning potential with commission opportunities, hands-on training, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced dealership environment. A state sales license and valid driver’s license are required or obtainable, with the possibility of paid manufacturer training.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced Automotive environment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a TEAM
• Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• State Sales License required or ability to obtain one
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with their Automotive and vehicle shopping needs
• Greet customers in the showroom and on the Dealership lot
• Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up
• Guide customers through the Automotive Sales process from start to finish
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and financing options
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems
• Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately
• Stay current on Automotive products, services, promotions, and industry trends
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale
• Support Dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
