You will greet customers, explain vehicle features and financing options, conduct test drives, and work with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments to ensure satisfaction. We offer paid manufacturer training, hands-on coaching, and clear career growth in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated to perform in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• High school diploma or GED; state sales license and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their automotive and vehicle shopping needs.
• Greet customers in the showroom and on the dealership lot.
• Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up.
• Guide customers through the automotive sales process from start to finish.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems.
• Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Stay current on automotive products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments.
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
• Support dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

• High school diploma or GED required
• State Sales License required or ability to obtain one
• Valid Driver’s License required
