Job summary

Menehune Water Company is hiring a PET Sales Account Representative to grow our PET and 3-gallon business across Oahu. You will manage a book of accounts via phone, email and in-person visits, while seeking new opportunities and developing proposals for additional products.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or account management, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with the Hawaii retail market. Local travel and a commission on top of base salary are included.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• DBIDS credential for military base access.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiar with Hawaii retail market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of PET and 3-gallon accounts through phone, email and in-person visits.
• Find and develop new business across the Hawaii market, and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Prepare sales proposals for new accounts covering PET, 3-gallon and 5-gallon products.
• Place accurate, timely orders for each account to maximize sales.
• Maintain, grow and upgrade shelf space at customer locations, and restock expired or damaged product.
• Keep accurate inventory counts for each account and report them to the PET Sales Manager.
• Introduce new products to accounts as they launch.
• Set up, run and break down sales booths at community events.
• Build strong relationships with store managers, clerks and customers, and represent the Menehune brand professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, process orders, and collect signed invoices on delivery.

About Menehune Water Company Established in 1985, Menehune Water Company is the largest bottled water company in Hawaii. We’re a local company headquartered in Aiea with divisions on Oahu, Maui and Kauai, and we’re hiring a PET Sales Account Representative to grow our retail and bottled water business across Oahu.

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management or a related field
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Able to obtain and maintain a DBIDS credential for military base access
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to lift, carry and move product and event materials
• Strong customer service skills and a professional presence
• Familiarity with the Hawaii retail market preferred

Schedule

• Full-time with a flexible schedule
• Evenings, weekends and holidays as needed for accounts and community events
• Local travel across Oahu to service accounts
• Commission on top of base salary
