Swansons Welding LLC is seeking a professional Sales Person in Arkansas to directly sell products and services to manufacturing and welding clients. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities include pursuing leads, conducting meetings, proposing fabrication solutions, negotiating terms, and closing orders while documenting activities and maintaining client networks.

We are looking for a professionally minded Sales Person to join our team. This role will be a direct sales position selling products or services in the manufacturing and welding service industries to new and existing customers, building relationships , meeting sales targets, and providing supporting customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

• Establishing and developing relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identifying and responding to client needs.

Sales Activities:

• Reviewing customer issues and proposing custom fabrication solutions with current customers daily.
• Identifying and qualifying leads through various methods (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
• Organizing and conducting meetings and presentations to potential customers.
• Reviewing potential opportunities for company fit.
• Defining and documenting project requirements for service and fabrication teams.
• Negotiating sales prices and terms.
• Closing sales orders.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns and queries.

Sales Performance:

• Meeting or exceeding weekly sales quotas and targets.
• Tracking and reporting on sales performance.

Other Duties:

• Documenting sales activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Developing and extending client Network.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Position base qualifications:

• Mechanical knowledge and background to be able to gather and translate project requirements for service and fabrication teams.
