Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical/ Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to lead the architecture and delivery of complex, compliant solutions for the Pharmaceuticals industry.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 4–5 years as a Technical/Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (must-have)
• Deep knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.
• Strong command of:
  • Security & Sharing (OWD, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Profiles)
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect / System Architect path
  • Life Sciences Cloud / OmniStudio certifications
  • Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience working in Pharma / Life Sciences organizations or consulting for Pharma clients.
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM and integration patterns between Veeva and Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein AI, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, and Agentforce for patient services.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
