What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business challenges, data requirements, and technology ecosystems
- Guide data engineers, analysts, and developers in implementing best practices on Salesforce
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce, developing workshops and technical presentations
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical guidance during RFP responses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions across industries
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles with GSIs or enterprise customers
- Deep understanding of modern data architecture principles, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., DBT, Informatica, Matillion)
