Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Experience Architect focused on Agentforce to design and deliver GenAI powered Salesforce experiences for clients. You will partner with our AI team to translate business needs into well-architected, scalable solutions and drive architecture, design, and execution across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
• Hands on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value (ROI) through storytelling
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies

As a Salesforce Experience Architect, Agentforce, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients. You'll work with our talented AI team to make significant contributions to our success and delight customers. This position is focused on experience design, solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions

Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes

• The call will be split into two parts:
• You'll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
• You'll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team members

Leadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes

• You'll meet with a member of our leadership team
