Mphasis is partnering with a leading enterprise telecommunications organization to identify a Salesforce OmniStudio & CPQ Jr. Technical Architect / Hands-On Tech Lead to join a high-impact Salesforce engineering team.
This highly technical, hands-on architecture role bridges architecture, development, and technical leadership. Responsibilities include designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading across architecture, development, integrations, and CPQ implementations, and mentoring engineers
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Industries CPQ experience OR strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries CPQ and Ordering.
- Experience developing user interfaces using Aura Components/Bundles and LWC.
- Experience configuring, developing, and improving complex Salesforce Industry CPQ solutions.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-based services.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, design, data, and engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with distributed and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting complex business and engineering initiatives.
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader across Salesforce architecture, development, integration, and automation.
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio and Industries CPQ.
- Analyze system protocols, architecture, data flows, dependencies, and integrations to develop effective technical solutions.
- Configure, enhance, and optimize Salesforce Industry CPQ solutions, with a strong focus on Ordering and order management.
- Present technical concepts, architecture decisions, and solution recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Mentor and coach engineers across functional teams and contribute to internal technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support the development and adoption of engineering standards, best practices, and reusable technical solutions.
