Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Sales cloud, Lightning, Integration
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of Salesforce in design and development.
• Leading and mentoring the team.
• Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
• Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client’s ecosystems
• Develop creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems
• Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
• Provide Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and various integrations, introduce new technologies when necessary.
• Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs), Advanced Customization.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Flows, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning LWC, Apex, and performance optimization.
