Responsibilities

Serves as a Salesforce Technical architect for a Media Cloud project, including B2B and B2C sales workflows, content monetization, and subscription lifecycle processes

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture including Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with external systems

Lead the development of data models, process automations, and reusable components for media-specific use cases (e.g., pitch-to-pay, ad sales booking, or content licensing).

Define integration patterns, security models, and governance policies to support scalable Salesforce deployments.

Oversee technical implementation, conduct code/architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Design and build Omnistudio capabilities and aid development team in implementing these capabilities

Required:

6+ years of Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Media Cloud solutions.

Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations in media, broadcasting, publishing, or digital content environments.

Strong understanding of Media Cloud capabilities, including Order Management, Rate Cards and deal memos.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flow, and Salesforce integrations (REST, middleware).

Strong understanding of OmniStudio and other Vlocity modules.

Ability to design and document solutions to share with business stakeholders
