Job summary

Wipro Limited in the United States is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to define and execute test strategies across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and to lead automation initiatives using Copado Robotic Testing.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to validate requirements, implement CI/CD test pipelines, and ensure release readiness while adhering to Agile/Scrum practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Salesforce testing experience across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce test automation.
• Experience in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management, defect tracking, and release validation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, Apex, integrations, and security models.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and QA frameworks for Salesforce applications and integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Ensure testing coverage across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts aligned to business requirements.
• Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using CRT.
• Lead automation strategy and framework implementation across Salesforce apps.
• Manage automated test execution pipelines and integrate tests within CI/CD processes.
• Partner with Release Management teams to support deployment validation.
• Perform smoke, sanity, and post-deployment verification testing; validate metadata, configurations, and integrations.

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Functional Testing.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
