Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce products.
  • Define system architecture and design patterns that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide architectural guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guide development teams on implementation best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance across all Salesforce development efforts.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Define data models, data migration strategies, and data governance policies.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features; recommend adoption strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation and support audit and compliance activities.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in an architect role.
  • Strong hands on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, engineering or related.
