Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to design and deliver solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead the development team, ensure adherence to standards, and actively participate in our Architecture Community.

You will further expand qualifications through continuous education and collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals. Strong English communication and client-facing abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform products.
• Proficiency in Git with merges, cherry-picks, and release tagging.
• Solid knowledge of design/enterprise architecture patterns.
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce deployment toolchain (DX, change sets, data loader).
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing processes and types (SIT, UAT, QA, automated testing, functional testing, performance testing).
• Ability to assist the project manager in providing cost and time estimations.
• Capability to work effectively under high pressure from project management or customers.
• Experience conducting technical discovery sessions.
• Knowledge of integration patterns.
• Experience designing and building integration architectures.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Nice to have Agentforce or Data Cloud certification.
