Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead Developer to drive architectural decisions and hands-on delivery across Salesforce projects.

The role requires deep expertise in LWC and Apex, experience with Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex, and a strong understanding of Flows and data models. The ideal candidate will optimize bulk operations, manage security models, and lead REST API integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LWC and Apex.
• Experience developing and maintaining Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Future, Scheduled jobs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, and Relationships.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with REST API integrations, JSON processing, OAuth, Named Credentials, and external system integrations.
• Knowledge of bulkification, governor limits, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git-based development and CI/CD processes.
