Lennar is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple workstreams. You will mentor a team of developers, collaborate with Product Owners and Architects, and own release management, CI/CD, and security.

Qualifications

8+ years Salesforce development experience with 2+ years in a lead role
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II required; Certified Administrator required or strongly preferred
Salesforce Architect certifications highly preferred
Deep understanding of Salesforce product suite and platform best practices
Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
Hands-on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC) experience
Experience with declarative tools like Flows, App Builder, and data model design
Strong integration experience REST/SOAP, MuleSoft or similar
Experience designing AI-enabled Salesforce features and understanding AI risk patterns
Proficiency with VS Code, SFDX, and Salesforce Dev Lifecycle
Ownership of CI/CD tooling, Git, branching, and Azure DevOps
SCRUM/Agile leadership experience
Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML/CSS/JS
Exposure to Java/.NET, Python, Node.js, React, Azure/AWS
Experience with data migration, org consolidation, or large-scale modernization
Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Salesforce platform solutions using best practices
Define and publish coding standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks
Lead code and design reviews and ensure quality gates
Partner with Architects on integration architecture and data model
Break down epics into technical tasks and manage delivery in sprints
Own release and environment strategy including CI/CD pipelines
Drive AI-enabled capability delivery and establish patterns
Ensure responsible AI use and governance per Einstein Trust Layer
Collaborate with Product Owners to identify where AI adds value
Mentor developers and contribute to onboarding and skills development
Present updates to stakeholders with clarity
Mentor teams and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Proactively improve application design and reduce technical debt
Oversee testing strategies and automation metrics
Communicate risks and secure design practices
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
Maintain awareness of industry trends and homebuilding domain
