Job summary

Simplus is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role involves technical design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable architecture, and overseeing development, integrations, and data migrations in a hybrid environment.

You will guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and coding standards for long-term platform success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership position.
• Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
• Experience with both Classic and Lightning.
• A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build requirements and a development strategy in Alpharetta in a hybrid model.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Follow coding standards and lead reviews to ensure proper design patterns are used.
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions and communicate design decisions.
