You will guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and coding standards for long-term platform success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Experience with both Classic and Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build requirements and a development strategy in Alpharetta in a hybrid model.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Follow coding standards and lead reviews to ensure proper design patterns are used.
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions and communicate design decisions.

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for conducting technical design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable technical architecture, and delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations. You will oversee custom development, integrations, and data migrations, ensuring solutions align with Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Working closely with clients and stakeholders in a hybrid environment, you will provide technical leadership, guide development teams through code reviews, and make informed design decisions that balance business needs, scalability, and long-term platform success.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations
• Working with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear requirements and a development strategy for each engagement at their office in Alpharetta in a hybrid model
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Follow coding standards and lead in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions
