Cloud and Things is seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer to support a NYS client with a complex multi-cloud, multi-org Salesforce solution. The candidate will design reusable, cross‑agency patterns, ensure security, and align with agency needs while scaling across systems.

Strong Salesforce architecture expertise is essential. The role emphasizes governance, data modeling, and cross-agency analytics within a federal/state government context.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience on complex projects with 2+ years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer.
• 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
• 3+ years of experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Define full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency needs by leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau).
• Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models, integration and environment strategy.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforce solution and data models for specific needs of agencies.
• Design for multi-agency reuse, i.e., reusable intake and engagement solution patterns (Portals and Omni-Channels).
• Ensure Agency use cases fit into standardized Salesforce accelerators instead of creating custom silos.
• Architect data flows and cross agency analytics.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong Salesforce architecture experienceand deepexpertiseacross the Salesforce ecosystem.A successfulcandidate will have thestrategic vision toarchitectreusable, cross-agency solutions that serve diverse public sector use cases whilemaintainingsecurity and scalability.

Duties:

Define full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.

Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency’s needs byleveragingthe Salesforce platform capabilities (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft,Agentforce, Tableau).

MandatoryQualifications:

7+years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer

7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience

3+years of experiencein using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.

2+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.

2+ years of experience in designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions

1+yearsof experience in Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.

1+years of experiencein Salesforce Marketing Cloud
