Job summary

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation seeks a Systems and Data Integrity Specialist to strengthen Salesforce, data integrity, and workflows to advance our mission. The hybrid role blends technical ownership with staff enablement, supporting decisions and efficiency across programs, data, IT, and operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a nonprofit or education‑focused background. E‑Verify employer; no calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in a process‑oriented role, project management, grants administration, or database/systems management with substantial independent responsibility.
• Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience (including configuration, user management, reports and dashboards, declarative automations) ideally in nonprofit/foundation setting and with Education Cloud/Nonprofit Cloud.
• Experience supporting users to design, document, and refine workflows and processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to translate technical information to non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce Education Cloud; expand processes and automate workflows.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; prepare data and reports for staff and leadership.
• Create user guides and provide internal Salesforce training; document processes for sustainability.
• Collaborate with staff to identify workflows, enablement needs, and cross‑team improvements.
