Job summary

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation seeks a Systems and Data Integrity Specialist to optimize Salesforce, improve data quality, and build scalable workflows. You’ll partner with IT, programs, and operations to deliver dashboards and documentation, enabling staff to use data effectively from application through alumni engagement.

The role blends technical ownership with user enablement in a hybrid environment, requiring strong analytical skills, nonprofit experience, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in a process-oriented role, project management, grants administration, or database/systems management with independent responsibility.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience (admin, reports/dashboards, declarative automations) ideally in nonprofit/education cloud.
• Ability to design and refine workflows with users; translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal Salesforce lead, optimizing Education Cloud and related workflows.
• Develop integrations with other Foundation systems and support migrations.
• Manage user accounts, security, access, and documentation for sustainability.
• Generate and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards for staff and leadership.
• Lead Salesforce training sessions and create accompanying guides and materials.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and data quality.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and participate in cross-functional projects.
